Event Planners, ask us about our rates for your next event, and schedule a tour to see the space in-person. We have multiple spaces available for smaller events, or you can book the entire facility for a larger gathering.

Writing Camps
A great way to get a ton of talent together in one place and and generate a full collection of songs that you need for a specific project or build a catalog of content to shop. We have enough spaces to setup extra production stations throughout the building.

A great way to celebrate the completion of an album and preview your upcoming release with those involved and a select group of fans and influencers, and get feedback on potential singles.
REHEARSALS
We have hosted rehearsals for large concerts and award show performances and productions with dancers, musicians, and choirs, including doing pre-records for live playback.
Auditions & Recitals
Hold auditions to find new talent, a new band member, preview performers for a spot on a show, or schedule recitals. With 2 grand pianos and all the instruments you need, musicians can just show up and perform.
Product Launches & Demos
Let professionals test drive your gear with a product demo in a controlled environment. We have done such events for brands such as Burbank Audio Systems, THD-Labs, Circle Audio, Genelec, Klawitter Designs, Dutch & Dutch, Alcons Audio, Hazelrigg Industries, and others.
Seminars, Clinics, Camps, & MasterClasses
Our space is great for guitar clinics, drum clinics, workshops, and other musician-based camps and instructional or educational and networking events such as seminars and masterclasses for artists, musicians, producers and engineers.
Film Screenings & Previews
We can setup seating for up to 75 guests to watch a screening of your film or documentary projected onto our curved wall.
Group Presentation
From TEDTalk style speeches with PowerPoint presentations to more interactive group discussions with Q&A’s and Think-Tanks, there are many opportunities to gather like-minded individuals around a common interest to inform bring attention to issues.
